Privacy notice
This notice explains what 123 Directory does with information about businesses we list and people who contact us. Contact: hello@123directory.co.uk.
Business listings
We list businesses using information they have published themselves for business purposes, such as their trading name, business address, business phone number and website. We rely on legitimate interests: helping people find local businesses, and helping those businesses be found. Where a business is run from home, we show the town or area rather than a home address.
Any business can ask us to correct or remove its listing at any time, free of charge, using our claim, correct or remove form or by email. We act on removal requests promptly.
Forms
When you use our forms we receive the details you enter by email. We use them only to deal with your request and keep them no longer than needed. We don't sell or share them, and we won't add you to marketing lists.
Cookies and advertising
We show adverts provided by Google AdSense to help keep the directory free. Google and its partners may use cookies to show ads and measure them. Visitors in the UK and EEA are asked for consent through Google's consent message before personalised ads are shown, and you can change your choice at any time using the privacy link it adds to the page. You can read how Google uses information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to deliver them.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete information we hold about you by emailing us. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
